Please read these Terms of Service carefully before shopping at Asateer by Abdullah & Khuzaima. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, regardless of payment method or delivery location.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing or placing an order on Asateer by Abdullah & Khuzaima, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to ensure book descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit quantities. All orders are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. If a book is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and arrange a refund or alternative.
3. Ordering Process
Placing an order on Asateer by Abdullah & Khuzaima constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we acknowledge it via WhatsApp or contact you directly. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing
All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order total. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at the time of ordering.
5. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods: • Bank Transfer / Online Payment: Transfer payment to our provided bank account before your order is dispatched. • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order arrives. A handling fee may apply. Payment must be completed or confirmed before dispatch for bank transfer orders. We are not responsible for funds transferred to incorrect account details provided by the customer.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary by location and courier, typically 2–7 working days after dispatch. Asateer by Abdullah & Khuzaima is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, national holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Delivery to certain areas may not be available; we will notify you if we are unable to deliver to your location.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Returns are not accepted for books that have been read or are in a different condition than when delivered. Change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case; please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Asateer by Abdullah & Khuzaima and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Asateer by Abdullah & Khuzaima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any order placed. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
